Your Tarot Journal

Record Your Readings

Capture the question, card and reflection while the reading is fresh. Entries stay in this browser and are not submitted to the site.

How to Keep a Useful Tarot Journal

A journal turns individual readings into a record you can learn from. Record the date, your question, the cards drawn and your first reaction before checking reference material. If you revisit the entry later, add what became clearer rather than rewriting the original interpretation.

Separate observation from interpretation

Begin with what you can actually see in the card: imagery, symbols, posture, direction, colour and your immediate response. Then write the traditional themes you associate with it. Finally, explain how those ideas relate to your question. This simple separation can make it easier to notice when a hope or fear is influencing your reading.

Privacy and backups

Your entries are stored in this browser and are not submitted to the site through a server-side journal account. Browser storage is not a backup, however. Clearing site data can remove entries, so keep important reflections somewhere else if you want a permanent record.
